Elisabeth has played as a tenured member with the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra and Toledo Symphony Orchestra. She played one season with the San Antonio Symphony and as free-lancer with Fort Wayne Philharmonic, Breckenridge Summer Festival, Grand Teton Festival, Albany Symphony, Hudson Valley Philharmonic, Con Spirito Wind Quintet, Greg Smith Singers, Hudson Valley Gilbert and Sullivan Society, New Jersey Gilbert and Sullivan Society, Music Specialties, Bard Conservatory Orchestra, Mistral Trio, Arabesque Trio, Jupiter Symphony, Amato Opera, Woodstock Chamber Orchestra and others.
